We are a BRAND new gym with BRAND new equipment. We have a variety of cardio machines such as assault bikes, ski ergs, rowing machines and bike ergs. We are also kitted out with a large number of free weights including dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, bars and more...

DOES BLITZ FITNESS JUST DO 'GROUP CLASSES'?

No we don't. Yes our bread and butter is group classes however we offer personal training services and 'small group' training sessions. Give us an email or call to talk.

DO YOU HAVE FAMILY MEMBERSHIP RATES?

Yes!! There are certain criteria but send us a message and you may be eligible for a family/household rate.
