CARDIO-HIIT
TRAINING
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and our HIIT classes bring all of that and more. They are specifically designed to help burn fat, increase our cardio performance and SWEAT! Our HIIT classes run Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

STRENGTH
TRAINING
Our Strength classes are designed to develop strength and gain lean muscle mass. We have designed programs that run for a period where members can track and record their individual progression body. Alternative exercises are given for those who may have some restrictions or limitations. A relaxed environment but these classes are designed to challenge the members and create positive physical adaptations. Strength classes run Tuesday & Thursday's.

HYBRID/CARDI0 -CORE/BOXFIT/ YOGA
On Saturdays we run a Hybrid class that could be simply anything!! Always designed to complement the other classes during the week. Wednesday's we focus on our core strength and stability and run a Yoga class on a Wednesday evening to aid recovery. A boxing themed fitness class also proves to be a real HIT every alternative Saturday.
