BLITZ CARDIO
Blitz runs a variety of cardio classes - HIIT, Endurance, Strength based Cardio, HYROX, Boxfit. They are specifically designed to help burn fat, increase our cardio performance and give you a surge of endorphins! Designed to both challenge the fitter members, but also conscious to be achievable by those new or returning to cardio based training. Our Cardio classes run Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturday Mornings

STRENGTH
TRAINING
Our Strength classes are designed to develop strength, gain muscle mass, prevent injury and increase metabolism. Every member is given a program that runs for a period where members can track and record their individual progression body. Training programs are updated every 6 weeks. Alternative exercises are given for those who may have some restrictions or limitations. A relaxed environment but these classes are designed to challenge the members and create positive physical adaptations. Strength classes run Monday, Wednesday and Fridays with our innovative drop in class from 4pm on these days.

YOGA / Pilates/ Mums and Bubs
Tuesday evening from 6.30pm is our restorative yoga class. This is specifically tailored for Blitz members to compliment the stresses of Blitz cardio and resistance trainings.
New for winter 2025 is the introduction of Pilates at lunchtimes on a Thursday. A good all over body and core class.
